7. The lesson time and lesson fee may differ depending on the nature of the content, such as regular lessons and open lessons, and the schedule of the instructor. Please note.

8. Class contents and instructors of this dance program are subject to change without notice, but please note that we will inform you as soon as possible through text messages and the LINE group of the class.

9. Regarding lessons, due to illness, injury, childbirth, etc., other instructors may take the place of the lesson or change the instructor in charge during the lesson period.

10. You can record, take pictures, and record lessons only when the instructor and this dance class are authorized, but it is prohibited to post them to the outside or share them with non-members without permission.

About Cancellation

1. Lessons may be canceled if the instructor is ill or ill, or if the number of students does not reach the capacity.

Payment of membership fees, etc.

1. Monthly membership fee, presentation event participation fee and other expenses shall be the amount separately determined by this dance program.

2. Members shall pay the membership fees, etc. separately set by this dance program by the prescribed method.

3. The membership fee, etc. once paid will not be refunded for any reason, except as provided in this agreement.

4. You can choose either ticket system or single class.

5. Payments such as monthly fees and event participation fees are available in cash and Venmo.

LINE Group or Text Message Group

​

1. Members (guardians) are required to join the LINE group or text message group of this dance program.

2. The LINE group or text message group will be used to provide information such as events and announcements from this dance program, contact members for holidays, and share lesson videos and event photos.

3. Please refrain from taking videos and photos of studio lessons and events posted in the LINE group or text message group to the outside and posting them on SNS. Please get permission from the studio if necessary. Sharing is permitted for items delivered from this studio.

4. If you are worried about the notification sound, please turn off the setting.

5. In case of withdrawal or long-term adjournment, you will be asked to leave the LINE group or text message group promptly according to the instructions from this dance program.

Lesson class change

​

If you want to change the class you are attending, the day of the week, the time of day, etc., please follow the procedure specified by this dance program.

Adjournment procedure

​

When a member cannot take a lesson for a long period of time

1. Monthly fee members will be contacted by the end of the previous month by specifying the period of rest in the form of evidence (email, LINE, text). If you contact us about the recess, you will be exempted from the monthly fee for the month of the recess. If the month passes without contact or procedure, the monthly fee member will be charged a monthly fee.

2. Ticket members will be contacted by specifying the period of rest in the form of evidence (email, LINE, Text, written).

3. The maximum period of one recess is 6 months. If the recess period is likely to increase, we will extend the recess if you contact us again before 6 months have passed.

4. The total period for which members can be enrolled by extending the recess is one year. After that, we will cancel the membership once.

5. If a general member (monthly fee or ticket can be selected) is closed, we will use the payment method used for the final lesson to cancel the session.

Suspension and expulsion of membership

This dance program allows you to suspend or remove your membership if you find that the member falls under any of the following.

1. When the studio facilities used by this dance program are intentionally damaged.

2. When you violate this agreement or other rules established by our company.

3. When the honor and credibility of this dance program is damaged or the order is disturbed.

4. When it is found that a false statement has been made in the admission documents.

5. When there is an act that is recognized as degrading the dignity as a member.

6. In addition, when we recognize that this dance program is not suitable as a member of this studio in the light of common wisdom.

Unsubscribed

​

1. When you withdraw from this dance program, you will be required to submit a withdrawal notice.

2. You do not need to pay any fees to withdraw from the membership.

Studio etiquette

​

1. Unauthorized solicitation, sale of goods, exchange of money, and distribution of leaflets are strictly prohibited in the studio used by this dance program.

2. If you are not feeling well, you will not be able to attend the lesson.

3. Participation will be refused if you have an infectious disease such as Covid-19 or influenza, or a disease that can be transmitted or transmitted to others.

4. Although we will provide emergency response for injuries and sudden illnesses within this dance program, we are not responsible for accidents caused by the members' own carelessness, so please be careful not to act dangerously.

5. Please refrain from unauthorized eating and drinking during the lesson

​

In this dance program, we will use it only when the portrait right of the member student is required.

Members' photo images, videos, etc. will be used for homepages, SNS (FaceBook, Instagram, etc.), pamphlets, flyers, various advertisements, and other items necessary for operation such as advertisements and introductions of this studio.
